Inspired Birthdays also provides parents with a uniquely stress-free experience, allowing them to relax and focus their full attention on the birthday child. Our trained staff and professional Birthday Stewards orchestrate every aspect of party planning and implementation, from the moment the guests arrive until the last gift bag has been distributed. They even handle the post-party clean-up in typically eco-friendly fashion, using primarily organic cleaning products.

Every party includes our trademark "inspired connections" moment honoring the birthday child and their meaningful connections to family, friends and communities.

Inspired Birthdays offers four party packages that can be adapted and customized with add-on options to enrich and enhance your child's celebration. All of our packages include:

• A community stewardship starter kit for the birthday family

• Basic photography to capture the magical moments
• Complete set-up and clean-up using eco-friendly supplies
• Unique games and activities that integrate the special theme and nonprofit organization
• Goodie bags that support the party themes and activities
• Creative crafts customized for your child's special interests (with one themed craft that's either a take-home item for each child, a gift for the birthday child or a donation to the selected nonprofit)
• A special "inspired connections" moment honoring the birthday child and their meaningful connections to family, friends and communities

We also offer an array of Inspired Extras, including à la carte services such as healthy catering, additional goodie bag options, videos of your party and much more.

Our Explorer Package includes:

• Our Birthday Stewards come to your home to organize and orchestrate every aspect of the celebration. All of the basic package offerings described above are included. This package can also be customized with our Inspired Extras.

Our Adventure Package includes:

• Everything in the Explorer Package plus a special party location that supports your selected theme. We offer many locations to choose from - from a nature preserve to a farm, a yoga studio to an art gallery. Your suggestions are also welcome. Our party offerings will be modified, as needed, to suit the location.

Our Extreme Adventure Package includes:

• A highly customized party that offers children an exciting opportunity to participate in an important community project. Whether it's painting a facility or planting a community garden, this activity is skillfully incorporated into the fun party experience.

Our Rescue Me Package includes:

• Everything in the Explorer Package in a last minute - but perfectly executed - birthday celebration. Our Birthdays Stewards will work quickly to make it seem like you didn't miss a beat. Because of the last-minute nature of this package, it is best suited to at-home celebrations.

Each Inspired Birthdays party is as unique as the child we are celebrating. Our trained team of Birthday Stewards is responsible for planning and orchestrating every aspect of the celebration, from making sure your child's interests are reflected in the party activities to cleaning up afterwards using eco-friendly products.

Simply visit the Inspired Birthdays online order form to pick a date, theme and package; select the nonprofit organization with which you'd like to work; tell us about your child and their interests; give us a list of guests and your work is done. You can sit back and relax, knowing that your child's special day is in good hands.

Soon after we receive your order, one of our Birthday Stewards will call you to discuss your child and review the various party options. You should feel free to contact your personal Birthday Steward whenever you have a question or new party planning idea - they're happy to help. As the important day nears, they will contact you again to ensure that all of the details for your child's special celebration are in place and ready to go.

Our Explorer Package, which includes complete planning and coordination of your party from start to finish; eco-friendly invitations and thank-you cards; an all-natural birthday cake; a community stewardship starter kit for the birthday family; two on-site birthday stewards to engage your child and guests in unique games, activities and creative crafts; eco-décor; complete set-up and eco-friendly clean-up; a special (celebration) memory-making moment for your child and much more, begins at $1,250 for a group of ten 10 children. Additional offerings, which may include healthy catering, themed goodie bags, special gifts supporting various nonprofit groups and other full-service options, are priced on an a la carte basis.

The on-location Adventure Package begins at $1,250 and may include additional costs depending upon the chosen location and associated modifications to the party package. The pricing of the highly customized Extreme Adventurer Package varies according to the nature of the community project that's incorporated into the celebration and begins at $1,250. The last-minute "Rescue Me" package begins at $1,800.
